Getting Started

Complete our online application form with your F-Gas certification, insurance details, and experience. We'll review within 2-3 business days and arrange a brief call to discuss your setup and preferences.

You must have valid F-Gas certification, public liability insurance (£2m+), and experience with residential split systems. DBS checks are preferred for customer trust.

Most applications are processed within 2-3 business days. Once approved, you'll receive access to our installer portal and can start receiving job alerts immediately.

Job Allocation & Scheduling

Jobs are matched based on your location, availability, skillset, and past performance. We use smart algorithms to minimize travel time and ensure customer satisfaction.

Most approved installers receive their first job alert within 1-2 weeks, depending on demand in your area and your availability preferences.

Absolutely. You'll receive detailed job information including scope, location, and customer preferences. You can accept, decline, or propose alternative dates.

You can propose new dates through our portal. We'll coordinate with the customer and update the schedule. We understand that flexibility is important for quality work.

Payments & Finance

Payments are processed within 3-5 business days after job completion and verification. We handle all customer billing, so you don't need to chase invoices.

We offer bank transfers and can accommodate other payment methods. All payments are made in GBP and include detailed remittance information.

We operate on a transparent partnership model. You'll see the full job value upfront, and we take a small percentage to cover our platform and support services.

Yes, we guarantee payment for all completed and verified work. We handle customer payments separately, so you're protected from customer payment issues.

Equipment & Supplies

Yes, you can supply your own equipment. We also offer access to vetted brands at competitive rates if you prefer to source through our partners.

We work with major manufacturers including Daikin, Mitsubishi, Panasonic, and others. All equipment meets our quality standards and comes with full warranties.

Basic installation materials can be included in job packages, or you can supply your own. We'll specify what's included in each job scope.
