Last updated: 08/03/2026

Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the GetAircon website and the services we provide. By using our website or booking a service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Services Provided

GetAircon provides residential air conditioning surveys, quotes, installations, and related services across Hampshire, Surrey, and Berkshire. All services are carried out by F-Gas certified engineers or approved partners.

Quotes & Pricing

  • Quotes provided following a free survey are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
  • Prices include equipment, installation, and commissioning unless specified.
  • Any additional work required (e.g. electrical upgrades, making good of walls or surfaces) will be quoted separately and charged as an additional service.

Payments

  • A deposit may be required to confirm your installation date.
  • Final payment is due on completion of works, unless agreed otherwise.
  • Payments can be made by bank transfer, debit/credit card, or other methods specified on your invoice.

Cancellations

You may cancel or reschedule your survey or installation by providing at least 48 hours' notice. Deposits may be non-refundable if cancelled within 14 days of the scheduled installation date, to cover scheduling and equipment costs.

Warranties & Liability

  • All equipment is covered by the manufacturer's warranty (typically 3–5 years).
  • Installations are covered by a 12-month workmanship warranty.
  • GetAircon is not liable for damage caused by misuse, lack of maintenance, or unauthorised modifications.

Your Obligations

You agree to provide accurate property information and ensure access for surveys and installations. You are responsible for securing any necessary permissions (e.g. landlord consent or planning permission).

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GetAircon shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the contract for the service provided.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
